Guns of Ostigaard quest - cant progress Discussion Im getting frustrated with this quest - im stuck at 0 empowered damage. I understand the empowered reload mechanic - reload at melee range, i see the blue visual empowered cue, blast away and use ablities while empowered and cannot get any progress registered. What gives? Is the quest bugged?

All of your normal shots deal extra damage and your skills are improved for a duration. Reload at melee range. A blue aura will be sucked from the monster. The gun symbol under your health will be white when empowered. Your abilities do way more damage and each shot does more damage.
